Retail, rebuilt for the real world.
Modern inventory and POS stack for real-world retail, not just ecommerce brands.
Single view of stock across stores, warehouses and online (if you have it).
Purchasing and replenishment rules that match how you actually buy and sell.
Reporting that shows margin, performance and trends by store, category and channel.
WHERE THIS FITS
When stores, stock and systems are all slightly out of sync.
Fix the foundations first: stock, POS, purchasing and store ops.
Most retail projects go wrong because they start with marketing or ecommerce instead of the basics. We start with inventory, POS and operations - then extend into online and integrations once the core is stable.
Inventory & stock management
Get to a place where everyone can trust the stock numbers - and where stockflows match reality:

Real-time on-hand stock per store, warehouse and channel.

Product variants (size/colour), bundles and kits handled properly.

Store transfers with clear in-transit visibility and approvals.

Cycle counts and full stocktakes with barcode workflows.
Purchasing & supplier control
Stop guessing what to buy and when. Build replenishment rules that match your retail seasons and reality:

Min/max and safety stock rules by store, category or product.

Auto-suggested purchase orders based on sales and lead times.

Landed cost and margin tracking so you know true profitability.

Supplier performance and pricing history to support better negotiations.
POS & in-store experience
Modern POS that actually talks to inventory and gives staff what they need at the counter:

Fast, simple POS UI for busy team members.

Integrated EFTPOS, gift cards and store credit.

Customer profiles, loyalty and basic CRM built-in.

Click & collect and in-store pickup where relevant.
Reporting, margin & decision-making
Give owners and managers the information they actually need to run the business:

Store, category and product-level performance dashboards.

Sell-through, ageing stock and markdown optimisation views.

Daily, weekly and monthly packs that don’t require spreadsheet gymnastics.

Data that lines up between POS, inventory and finance.
Core retail building blocks we put in place.
The exact stack changes by client, but the building blocks are consistent: clean stock data, sensible purchasing, reliable POS, and clear separation of roles between systems like Odoo, ecommerce and finance.

A phased approach to modernising retail systems.
Instead of ripping everything out at once, we prioritise the moves that protect cash, stock accuracy and customer experience - and step your team into new tools without overwhelming them.
1
Retail discovery & store walkthroughs
We spend time in your stores (where possible) and systems, mapping how stock, sales and cash actually flow today - and where the gaps and double-handling live.
2
Blueprint & stack design
We design how POS, inventory, ecommerce (if relevant) and finance should work together. We define the role of each system and the changes needed in process and data.
3
Pilot stores & phased rollout
We start with one or a small group of pilot stores to refine processes, training and reports - then roll out in waves once we’re confident it works under real conditions.
4
Optimisation, training & support
Post-rollout, we focus on tightening stock accuracy, improving reporting, and supporting store and head office teams as they settle into the new way of working.
Do we need ecommerce for this to be worth it?
No. Many of our favourite retail projects are for businesses that are purely bricks-and-mortar, or only have a basic online presence. Clean stock, better purchasing and modern POS are valuable on their own.
Can you work with our existing POS or do we have to change?
It depends on how limited your current POS is. Sometimes we integrate and stabilise what you have. Sometimes it’s cleaner to move to a new POS that plays well with Odoo and the rest of your stack.
What if we have one flagship store and several smaller ones?
That’s common. We can design processes that support different store profiles - for example, different ranges, stock rules or fulfilment options - while still keeping a single source of truth.
Will this help with margin and buying decisions?
Yes. A big part of this work is surfacing the right numbers - sell-through, ageing stock, markdown impact, category performance - so buyers and owners can make better decisions with less noise.
Ready to get control of stock, stores and systems?
If you’re over guessing stock levels, fighting with old POS systems and reconciling everything in spreadsheets, we can help you design and implement a retail stack that actually fits how you trade - and where you want to go.
